Living a happy life is a choice.

If you keep on
-comparing yourself to others
-looking at your neighbors fence
-wanting for more and more
-envying the people around you
-complaining even from small things
-hurting others with your words
-back stabbing a friend
-insulting someone
-believing that you are the best
-looking at others plate
-looking at others cars,bank accounts,houses

If you will keep on doing the list above, then you will not get a chance to be happy in your life.

Every day we make choices. Upon waking up, we have a choice to get up from bed or stay for a while to snuggle with our pillows.. You'll choose what to eat, what to wear, what transportation to use on your way out and so on. The rest of our lives, choices must be done.

It is your choice to live a happy life!

CHRIST-LIKE:My Spiritual Journey

I met Christ and surrendered my life to Him when I was in high school. Since then, I already engaged myself to youth, worship and discipleship ministry.  I've been a cell group leader with our youth. Been a worship back-up singer and worship leader for some time. But christian walk was never that easy.  You stumble, you fall and the most important thing is trying to stand up again. There are times of being so on fire and there are also times of dryness...emptiness... That time happens when I start missing my daily devotion to God.  I used to wake up at 3 o' clock in the morning to study God's word and pray. But my busy life makes it hard for me to go back to my old system.  However, I am now trying and making it a point to meditate and pray in the morning. It's always a different feeling when you give your first minutes or hours to the Father who has been faithful to us no matter what.

Today, I am starting again... Help me God!

WACOAL SPORTS BRA : Active Women's Choice!

At The City Club of Alphaland Makati, Philippine Wacoal Corporation launched its Sports Bra Collection. Wacoal is one of the country’s top intimate apparel firms. This is my brand, been a Wacoal fan for years now! I enjoyed the program and was able to experience the bamboo challenge and the virtual golf as part of the activities.

The event host, Ms. Cassie

Take a look!

Today’s women are active breed who regularly engage in various sports activities and physical workouts to keep them in tip-top shape as they go about the hectic week work. In addition, they face the challenging rigors of fast-paced urban living which keep them always on the move.

“Helping empowering women has always been one of

Wacoal’s mission since it came to the Philippines in 1989, in

addition to providing high quality products and superior

customer service to our patrons,” says Philippine Wacoal

Corporation, President Ms. Ann Christine Palisoc.

President, Ms. Ann Christine Palisoc
She said that the new high-quality product line which caters to light, medium and hard-impact sports was created using fine fabric and state-of-the-art Japanese technology.

The light-impact bra is a racer back-style which features a non-wire moulded cup for utmost comfort and great hook and eye reinforcements to help ease of movement while doing stretching, yoga, Pilates and similar light activities.

The medium-impact type is a non-wired sports bra that gives essential support and comfort, with its thick straps giving the bust a stable lift even when in motion. It’s perfect for aerobic activities like brisk walking, stair climbing or dancing.

Meanwhile, the high-impact sports bra is a slightly-padded, racerback which provides full support and confidence when doing intense workout like high-intensity dance exercises, boxing, and running. This bra also has compression features that allow breasts to move  in unison with the torso and minimize the bouncing movement.
In the Philippines, Wacoal has grown steadily over the

years and is now among the top brands in the intimate

apparel industry. It is also one of the widely distributed

across the country with 52 department store counters and

8 direct sales branches.

I got to join the interesting traditional bamboo stick work-out during the launch

Ms. Kris-belle Mamagun of Ballet Philippines
She can make all her moves because she's wearing her Wacoal!
Philippine Wacoal lives by its motto..

“Every Body Loves Wacoal” to emphasize its flexibility and

 versatility on all body types.

I got the privilege to experience more of the Wacoal products. It was like a shopping galore for my workout preparation!

THREE  Things I like about the Wacoal Sports Bra Collection

1. They have the pink pair, so perfect for me, it's so comfy!

2. The designs suits the kind of my crazy moves.

3.The prices are reasonable for a high quality underwear specially for my sports activities.

These 2 pieces are the best for my work-out!
The comfort of wearing it while doing my routines made it more enjoyable and pleasurable!

Recently, I joined the I Run for Integrity, guess what I was wearing underneath?  Of course, it's my super favorite Wacoal sports bra with support and comfort while I run the race for integrity.

SATCHMI Mega Mall:Happy Anniversary!

Satchmi celebrated their special day with free food, coffee, drinks, alcohol, music, and fun!

MANDALUYONG, Manila - September 26, 2015 The Satchmi Store was packed to the brim for their 1st birthday. A celebration of Satchmis love for records, music, and the lifestyle they cultivate together with their community of friends and loyal customers.

Its no surprise when we saw people pouring in from all directions to the store. When you step in, its as if youre in another world separated from the mall itself. There was free food courtesy of Mr. Grahams Sandwich Shop, their highly talked about Cebuano along with chips and dip filled everyones appetite throughout the event. In tandem was Mrs. Grahams macarons straight from her cafe, specially made for the event complete with vinyl record designs and plating. Their Apple Pie Soda was also served during the party as well as Craftpoints Summer Sessions. All free aside from Satchmis esteemed third wave coffee.

People got to experience fun and games throughout the event like spin the wheel with prizes from Satchmis lifestyle brands Happy Socks, Lost Nomad, Gouache Bags, The Green House Project, Sunday Paper Co and more, there was also a sleeve face Photo Booth contest, by the end of the night the most creative photo got to take home a Motorino Mk II. A Satchmi event wouldnt be complete without performances from their favorite artists BP Valenzuela, Reese & Vica, CRWN, and up and coming Coeli. Chip Balbuena a comedian from Comedy Cartels line up was also their to provide some laughs for the night.

The main event was when Satchmi released a video showcasing what was next for them this year. Some of the things announced were that they are opening a 2nd branch in Quezon City (exact location still top secret) early 2016, the Motorino Mk II now comes in the new color Silver bidding goodbye to the Ivory model, a new Satchmi Blend of beans exclusive from EDSA Beverage Design Studio coming soon to the store and most importantly, a new vinyl compilation that is composed of some of their favourite performers from Vinyl Day 2013 to 2015. Some of the artists include Autotelic, Oh, Flamingo!, BP x CRWN collab, Tandems 91, Shes Only Sixteen, Reese & Vica, Imago, Taken by Cars, and more! A total of 12 tracks for a vinyl produced and manufactured entirely by Satchmi. The vinyl, entitled General Assembly (and rightly so) will be released sometime in 2016.

It definitely is hard to believe how far weve come says Edric Chua, co-founder of Satchmi. When we started out with just a couple of records and an online store, we always used to talk about opening a brick and mortar store until eventually the opportunity presented itself to us and we took it. he adds. From an online store to an actual physical store, and now we are not only distributors but producers and manufacturers of actual vinyl records for a couple of vinyl enthusiasts, its amazing to see how far weve come. says Aislinn Chuahiock, another co-founder of Satchmi. When asked what their secret was into getting this far, Ronald Sy - Managing Director and co-founder of Satchmi simply said It was really a collaborative effort. Both within the team and with everyone weve ever worked with. Our loyal customers and everyone who has ever supported us also helped materialize what weve been planning for how many years.

Vinyl records have been around for a while now and although the emergence of technology and digital music has proven to lessen physical music sales, the fact that vinyl is slowly growing and emerging to be the ultimate and most genuine medium shows that a love for the good old days will never go away. Satchmi has been the frontrunner into making vinyl records accessible to everyone and as proven today, they are here to stay and we couldnt be any happier.

Satchmi is a music and lifestyle brand with a love for vinyl records, worldly goods, and everything in between. Visit their online store at or their physical store at the 4F Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall.
