Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management services, gave away two million pesos worth of flip-flops to nearly 900 new employees during its recently concluded “Hip to Flip” promo.
“Hip to Flip” is a nationwide promo ran by Teleperformance for all its successfully hired applicants from January 29 to April 19, 2017. Out of the thousands of successful hires across the company’s 18 sites in the Philippines, 872 winners were selected via electronic raffle, giving them the chance to customize and bring home a pair of premium flip-flops – a most suitable and fashionable footwear this summer.
Three flip-flop designing events were organized for Hip to Flip’s Luzon leg, which ran on March 3, April 1 and April 22. Held at the Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City, the Hip to Flip events in Manila attracted a total of 640 participants. Actor Robi Domingo entertained the employees as they creatively designed their own pair of flip-flops.
Meanwhile, 232 new employees from Teleperformance sites in Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao trooped to Teleperformance Tower at Cebu IT Park for the Visayas and Mindanao Hip to Flip event on April 22.
Aside from personalized flip-flops, premium items such as iPhone7, movie passes, shopping e-cards, buffet gift certificates, and Teleperformance merchandise items were raffled off to the winners during the Hip to Flip events in Manila and Cebu.
