What about complement your champagne with some of Alfred’s best-tasting tapas, including fish brandade, a milky Seabass puree on crostini and Bird’s Nest with Chicken and Barbeque Sauce, among others.
 
The horseradish cream and red wine sauce makes this slow cooked U.S. beef belly so desirable. I love it with the veggies on the side too. Even our young foodie enjoyed every slices of this piece of heaven.

Yes, of course, our young foodie got her favorite too. These cute bite size filled her plate for some 2 or 3 rounds this evening.  Well, I guess mom and daughter must almost have the same taste. I also indulged myself with this yum.

SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP SCAMPI

Shrimp on top of the pasta! Winner! I waited for this one. As shrimp as one of my favorite seafood, I definitely did not miss this one. Perfectly sautéed shrimp!

RACLETTE STATIO
You may start to fill up with irresistible melted Raclette with your preferred accompaniments including cornichons, cocktail onions, boiled baby potatoes, and rye bread, to truly bring out the phenomenal flavors of this delicious Swiss cheese.

The truth is...I did not start from here, because I can not contain my desire for the jamon and the beef on the other end of the buffet table. But Mr. Ang really started at this station and I think he enjoyed 2 or 3 rounds before he went to the next trays.

I most of the time watch my diet, but tonight, I had to put it aside. I took a little bit of everything on my plate and that's called "happiness". The best three on my plate! The overflowing champagne even made my night.
 
 

And my usual note "There's always room for DESSERT." That goes alone for our young foodie.
 
And wait, I really appreciate a cozy yet elegant ambiance here. You can occupy for an intimate table for two, three, four or a long table for your big family.
