Explore CHILI'S TOP Fusion Menu

Are you open-minded? Because to me, it's always a good idea to have some blend of this and that when it comes to exploring food. Like combining usually widely differing ethnic or regional ingredients, when you put them together can create an extra-ordinary taste. Some kind of unexpectedly delicious ones.
Take a look at these menu. They all look interesting. And they all taste interesting as well. From the look of how it was all presented, readying your tissues before you drool over these is a must.
A lovely seared steak resting on a bed of potato rounds, chimichurri sauce and chipotle balsamic glaze. Match with creamy garlic spread and onion string.
Meat lovers can go for this one!

Yes! It's beautifully prepared salmon fillet set on a bed of potato rounds, chimichurri sauce and Aji Amarillo sauce. Drizzled with chipotle fruity sauce garnished with green onions. According to our young foodie, it was good. Of course, she's a salmon lover.
Thick as you can see it. It's an 8 oz. sirloin steak resting on a bed of mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce. Topped with pickled red onions, white cheese, fresh cilantro and BBQ sauce. Yes, it's juicy!

Have a heavenly taste of three succulent lamb chops on a bed of potato rounds with warm chipotle fruity sauce. Each chop dotted with avocado sauce. Now this is Mr. & Mrs. Ang's favorite from this menu. The tender lamb just taste so good, I just have to practice my control, I guess I could finish the 3 chops...My first time to try fig sauce too. Quite an experience.
Noticed a common thing? These menu offers potato beds that provides you carbs.  There's no need to order rice.  The four main dishes goes with roasted cream corn, enough to fill your hungry tummy.

If you are craving for something spicy but not for noodles, these eight pepper wedges stuffed with smoked chicken and covered with a blend of melted cheeses can surely satisfy you. It's drizzled with BBQ sauce and served with pickled red onions, fresh cilantro and ramekin of creamy ranch dressing. 
Boneless chicken smothered in white queso is just a bonus. This cheezy hot plate was truly satisfying, perfect munch while waiting for the main dishes. There was a little spice that's tolerable, and our young foodie loved it.
Just to give you an idea, Chimichurri or chimmichurri is an uncooked sauce used for grilled meat; it comes in a green version and a red version and originates from Argentina and Uruguay. Got this from Wikipedia.
