Summer Belongs to our Children! MILO Summer Sports Clinics is back!

MANILA, Philippines, 12 March 2016 - Parents must be in search now...finding activities for the kids to experience this summer after a long school term works.  Why not sign them up for a clinic where they will not only learn the fundamentals of a sport, but will also build their character! That is what MILO is offering as it officially launches this year's MILO Summer Sports Clinics at the City Club in Alphaland Makati.

The MILO Summer Sports Clinics  will be running from April to May. Offering a healthy summer experience full of fun and excitement where kids can expect to learn the fundamentals of their favorite sport from expert coaches of respected spoting organizations in the country. The program also aims to promote the importance of living an active and healthy lifestyle, and offers the opportunity to gain new friends while acquiring character-building traits they can learn in the process such as confidence, discipline, diligence, perseverance, respect, teamwork and sportsmanship.

As a member of media, our children were given a first look of what's in store for this year's program. MILO provided mini sessions where kids were able to experience what an actual class from the MILO Summer Sports Clinics would be like.

My daughter got her 1st hand trials with the different sports MILO Summer Sports Clinic offers. She had so much fun and she even got excited every time they transfer from one sport area to another. It was a fun-filled and tiring day for the kids, nevertheless, you can still see the genuine smiles from their faces. They made new friends and discovered new sports where they can choose from for their upcoming summer vacation. Something that they can look forward to.

"MILO is committed in helping Filipinos live an active and healthy lifestyle.  That's why this summer, we're encouraging parents to sign their kids up for MILO Summer Sports Clinics so that they can make their kids make the most of their vacation by getting into sports," said Robbie de Vera, Sports Marketing Executive of MILO Philippines during the ceremonies.

As always been dedicated in widening its reach to children with different interests, MILO also announced that it is partnering with new organizations in adding three new sports in this year's roster, GOLFMIX Philippines for Golf, the Philippine Fencing Association for Fencing, and the Triathlon Association of the Philippines for Triathlon.

"We are excited to welcome our new partners in bringing Golf, Fencing, and Triathlon into our roster of sports.  We assure the parents that these new sports partners will uphold the quality associated with the MILO summer Sports Clinics so that their children will get  the best training,' added Robbie.

With the help of MILO, moms can raise their little champions to be active in their sport of choice. Drinking MILO with Activ-Go everyday helps energize both the body and mind so that kids have winning energy to fuel them before every games or activities.

Are you now all set to give your kids an energizing summer and start them on the path of champions? Then enroll them now to the MILO Summer Sports Clinics!
