Thorough protection that blocks 90% of UV rays 

UNIQLO LifeWear UV Protection items are designed to both block and reflect 90% of UV rays.  The UV Protection lineup is designed to deflect both UV-A radiation that penetrates the inner layer of the skin and the UV-B type that serves as a prime cause of sunburn. This is made possible with the special and comfortable fabric weaves that prevent various UV rays from passing to the skin.
