In its latest Sustainability Report, KONE shares its commitment to a 50% cut in the emission from its operations and a 40% reduction in its products’ materials and lifetime energy use compared to 2018. This is in line with limiting global warming to 1.5°C, which is currently the most ambitious criterion for setting science-based targets.

The company also introduced KONE Care™ DX, the world’s first carbon-neutral elevator maintenance that uses the power of AI and digital connectivity to provide seamless, predictive elevator care.
Commitment in the Philippines
KONE established its operations in the Philippines in 1975 with its head office located in Makati City. It has then expanded its presence into four more cities, namely Pampanga, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo.
