An extraordinary albino gorilla grows a bond with Primatologist Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) when he cares for it since birth but when a genetic experiment goes wrong, George, the gentle gorilla turned into a gigantic raging creature and he is not the only one, two more newly created monsters run amok across the country, destroying everything in their path.
Now, Davis has work with rogue genetic engineer to obtain the antidote, struggling, through the wreckage the monsters create to save humanity and his friend, the once gentle gorilla, George.
