CHILI'S Got Limited Offers That You Must Try

Chili's Philippines never runs out of mouthwatering ideas. Recently, they launch Tender Bites and Texas Two Way from their special menu. It will be offered for a limited time only and will be available from until April 22,2018.  Chili's Greenbelt 5 is one of our favorite places to visit when the family wants some fries and burgers and more. Great comfort food to enjoy on our weekend family day. Even our daughter have her personal favorites too. While this is my favorite red door going to the outside world, the veranda. A lovely corner to just chill.                                             You can see these three beautiful babies on the table. They all have their own goodness. Knowing my hubby, he always go for the meaty beef and pork. And this new Texas Two Step gives you three amazing choices. It gave me so much excitement seeing the shrimps on the other sides of the two main dishes. The taste of Asian flavors.. All the beef ones were so tender that you don't need that much chewing exercise. While the breaded shrimps definitely gave me so much joy.

 

The Texas Two Step dishes consist of two delectable appetizers. They all look good as pairs and definitely great to satisfy your curious taste bud.

Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin & Crispy Shrimp, Coriander crusted seared pork tenderloin medallions, corn & red pepper succotash and honey-chipotle drizzle. Toasted rice flour crusted fried shrimp with sweet & spicy slaw, citrus sauce.

Chili Rubbed Sirloin& Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Chili & sugar rubbed 6oz sirloin over a smoked mushroom and caramelized onion saute and BBQ sauce. Coriander crusted seared pork tenderloin medallions, corn & red pepper succotash and honey-chipotle drizzle.

The Tender Bites

Crunchy Pork Tenderloin Fingers, it's Panko-crusted cider-brined pork tenderloin strips, sweet and spicy slaw, red chili-mango sauce. If you are not a fan of chicken fingers, this baby can give you a reason to take a bite after bite of this crunchy pork. Abi, our young foodie love it!

 

Sweet Orange & Chili Glazed Chicken Bites, tender bites of chicken thigh meat tossed in an orange-chili glaze with sweet chili-garlic dipping sauce. This is my personal favorite. The chicken was fried and sautéed and yet you can still experience its crunchiness and its tenderness. The sweet orange sauce made it perfect!







Pork Belly Sliders are ender slices of sugar roasted pork belly, sweet and spicy slaw, jalapeno aioli, butter toasted bun. Served with homestyle fries. It's belly good! The Ang Foodie Family's newest favorite from Chili's.

Are you open-minded? Because to me, it's always a good idea to have some blend of this and that when it comes to exploring food. Like combining usually widely differing ethnic or regional ingredients, when you put them together can create an extra-ordinary taste. Some kind of unexpectedly delicious ones.

 

Take a look at these menu. They all look interesting. And they all taste interesting as well. From the look of how it was all presented, readying your tissues before you drool over these is a must.

CHIPOTLE BALSAMIC STEAK @ Php995

A lovely seared steak resting on a bed of potato rounds, chimichurri sauce and chipotle balsamic glaze. Match with creamy garlic spread and onion string.

Meat lovers can go for this one!



SALMON with AJI AMARILLO SAUCE @Php850

Yes! It's beautifully prepared salmon fillet set on a bed of potato rounds, chimichurri sauce and Aji Amarillo sauce. Drizzled with chipotle fruity sauce garnished with green onions. According to our young foodie, it was good. Of course, she's a salmon lover.
 

BBQ STEAK with CHIMICHURRI @Php995

Thick as you can see it. It's an 8 oz. sirloin steak resting on a bed of mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce. Topped with pickled red onions, white cheese, fresh cilantro and BBQ sauce. Yes, it's juicy!

 



SEARED LAMB with FIG SAUCE @Php1,200

Have a heavenly taste of three succulent lamb chops on a bed of potato rounds with warm chipotle fruity sauce. Each chop dotted with avocado sauce. Now this is Mr. & Mrs. Ang's favorite from this menu. The tender lamb just taste so good, I just have to practice my control, I guess I could finish the 3 chops...My first time to try fig sauce too. Quite an experience.

 

Noticed a common thing? These menu offers potato beds that provides you carbs.  There's no need to order rice.  The four main dishes goes with roasted cream corn, enough to fill your hungry tummy.
 

HAND-STUFFED BAKED JALAPENO @Php395



If you are craving for something spicy but not for noodles, these eight pepper wedges stuffed with smoked chicken and covered with a blend of melted cheeses can surely satisfy you. It's drizzled with BBQ sauce and served with pickled red onions, fresh cilantro and ramekin of creamy ranch dressing. 

 

LOADED BONELESS WINGS

Boneless chicken smothered in white queso is just a bonus. This cheezy hot plate was truly satisfying, perfect munch while waiting for the main dishes. There was a little spice that's tolerable, and our young foodie loved it.

 

Just to give you an idea, Chimichurri or chimmichurri is an uncooked sauce used for grilled meat; it comes in a green version and a red version and originates from Argentina and Uruguay. Got this from Wikipedia.
