PARADISE DYNASTY : The ANG Foodie Family's place for hearty authentic Chinese meal

What do you have in mind after coming up with a schedule of meeting up with family or friends? Of course, a place where to share a good meal or two. With my foodie family, it is a must to first agree where we will dine before we leave our place.

For this Chinese New Year 2023 celebration, we decided to spend our early dinner at SM Aura, Taguig, where Paradise Dynasty is situated. We celebrated with my only sister who also grew up loving chopsticks because she loves Chinese food.

Our family just keep on coming back here because of their authentic Chinese dishes, actually . We do have our favorite  Xiao Long Bao and we are a super fan of their original flavor.  Easy authentic soup dumpling that you have to eat the proper so you can enjoy the hot soup inside.  

Paradise Dynasty is known to be the 1^st World’s International 8 Flavors XLB. A delicate dimsum with soup inside it. Better find the technic how to eat it without breaking it before you put it in your mouth. What I do, I use chopsticks to pick on the tip gently while the other hand with soup spoon to support it from breaking

If you are the adventurous type, better try the legendary Xiao Long Bao 8 flavours such as original, luffa gourd, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and Szechuan, the same order of how it should be eaten. You don’t have to worry, there is a guide on the table. 

Take your Xiao Long Bao experience to the next level. Though I’m already happy and satisfied with the original flavor. You may give it a try. 

Our meal will not be complete without having their Stir-fried Shredded Pork in black bean sauce served with Chinese crepes. There is something about this dish that I don't like to miss it every time we dine here.

La Mian with Braised Pork Belly in Signature Pork Bone Soup at ₱330

This  kind of ramen, the Chinese version, is something to fill your tummy with tasty soup and real flavorful tender meat. That's my young foodie's choice. You will never go wrong with their noodles as they are served hot with complete toppings of egg, braised pork, seaweeds, mushroom, bok choy and spring onion.

Stir-fried Broccoli with Garlic at ₱288. My sister's choice. This simple vegetable dish is obviously healthy with its garlicky goodness. Best paired with wanton soup according to my foodie sister.  

Vegetable and Pork Wanton in Signature Pork Bone Soup at ₱238

It was my foodie sister's first time to try this dish. She love the rich taste of the soup that is so good with the pork wanton. Best for moments of feeling under the weather.

Braised Tofu with Sliced Pork with Mushrooms at ₱288 with thick sauce that makes all the ingredients mixed well together and creates a good sauteed 

Crispy Sweet & Sour Pork  ₱288

Mr. Ang’s personal favorite as the carnivore in the family. And also a staple food for us whenever we crave something Chinese. Perfect comfort food a long week of hard work.

The crispy pork chunks combined with the right flavor of sweet and sour taste can satisfy your cravings for it's balance of taste. While the pineapple, onion and bell pepper complete this dish.

Chinese Bun (deep-fried) at  ₱75 (3 pcs.) Surprisingly, it's still under the dimsum menu. You'll enjoy its puffy texture, just a take pinch and dip it to condensed milk served on the side and you are good go.

Paradise Dynasty The Legend of Xiao Long Bao located at Conrad S Maison, SM Aura Premier and The Podium.

Whenever I crave for authentic Chinese Cuisine, there's only one name I have in mind. Paradise Dynasty known for its 8 flavored xiao long bao or soup dumpling, as one of its famous innovations. (flavors- signature original, ginseng, crab roe, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, garlic, and Szechuan)

The colorful soup dumpling will surely attract your palate. Each piece in this basket of eight treasures has its distinct color, which is extracted from natural ingredients. Traditionally, xiao long bao is dipped in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sliced ginger, but this particular version does not require anything more. Each is infused with its individual essence and all it takes is a small nip at the dumpling wrapper to release the flavorful juices before savoring the rest.
