19 New Appetizing Lunch Menu at Brotzeit Philippines

Do you know that lunch break is one of the most important part of the day for busy working people like us? That is based on my experience.  Before going to work, having quick breakfast or none at all, can ruin our work performance. That is why lunch break was created.

And my good news... Brotzeit Philippines offers 19 new dishes to fit your budget and your hungry tummy. You can have light meal and real heavy meal as well.  The new lunch menu starts from P265 only.

Mommy and Abi was able to have a taste of  almost everything from the long 19 list...

For the starter, a healthy salad is the best. GRILLED SWEET CORN and PRAWN SALAD. This is a light choice. You know, how much I love prawns.

Pork plus beans...Yes, PORK & BEANS bowl. This can be a kind of so Pinoy food, the German version.  Crisp Pork belly with Bavarian stewed beans, roasted vegetables on top of steamed rice. So, if you missed your mom's breakfast or lunch, you can have it here for lunch.

SEARED TUNA, sesame crusted seared tuna with roasted vegetables and quinoa risotto. This is my young foodie's favorite. While I'm the finisher for the healthy quinoa risotto and zucchini.

SAUSAGE MEDALLIONS, bacon wrapped garlic sausage, fetuccine in oglio and pesto grated parmesan. What can you ask for? Sausage wrapped with bacon! My young foodie had a great meal because of this one. You'll never go wrong with bacon.

BEEF GOULASH with FLAT NOODLES, is simply a stewed brisket over flat noodles. A simple look for of real good taste. Yes, tender beef brisket to save your time from chewing to head back to work from lunch break.

BLACK FOREST HAM with FLAT NOODLES, German-style Carbonara with flat noodles topped with creamy sauce, bacon, black forest ham and poached egg. I love the drama of breaking poach egg.  It's so perfect with the tasty ham. Abi, loved it so much.

STEWED PORK, a pan of stewed pork with rice, roasted vegetables, steamed potatoes and parmesan. This one has a little kick of spice. A complete pork meal with flavorful rice and veggies.

SHRIMP THERMIDORE, gratinated prawns in creamy sauce served with toasted bread. Oh, I'm telling you, once you start with your bread scooping the shrimp, you will definitely ask for more. But if you are not the bread person, a cup of rice is a good tandem. It's so good! I can't forget the shrimp swimming in this creamy sauce.

BROILED GROUND BEEF, topped with Emmamtal, mushroom gravy, roasted potatoes and vegetables. If Mr. Ang was with us, he'll surely love this. Though I love it too. The creamy mushroom sauce compliments the beef ball and the veggies.

REUBEN, beef pastrami, emmenthal cheese, sauerkraut on crusty sour dough with pommes. Gosh, the generous layers of cheese makes me want to shout!

Brotzeit also have three kinds of crepes served for lunch. They have SEAFOOD Crepe, that comes with smoked salmon, tuna, prawns, salad lettuce, sour crem in savory crepe. They also have my favorite SMOKED HAND and CHEESE crepe and PULLED PORK Crepe. Name it!

PULLED PORK CREPE, BBQ pulled pork with Japanese cucumbers, onions, lettuce in savory crepe. It's so yummy. Delicious to my tummy!

BROTZEIT BURGER, a 1/3lb beef patty with bbq sauce, garlucmayonaise, lettuce, gherkins on pretzel bun served with pommes.

HUNTER PORK CUTLET, is a breaded pork cutlet with mushroom sauce and pommes. Yes, bed of fries down there.

To cap our gastronomic lunch adventure, a perfect hot chocolate drink is for my finale. A rich and creamy hot chocolate made from premium bittersweet chocolate topped with whipped cream. This is also good for sharing with your date...

Yes, you can have your lunch for as low as P265 only.

Christmas is just around the corner. And gatherings happens from left to right as we try to catch up with our distant friends and family members. Of course, a good place and good food is just what we need to make those moments really special.

To make your get-together more enjoyable, a special menu can cover that for you. As Brotzeit launched its Jagermeiser infused food for their Christmas menu for this year.

The good way to start a meal is to have a fresh vegetable salad. Thunsalat, seared tuna with mixed lettuce, zucchini, orange, olives, sun dried tomatoes, and quinoa with Jagermeister dressing is the best choice to begin with while waiting for the main dishes. A beautiful healthy plate that's so appetizing.

New Lunch Specials and Kinder Menu by Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant!

Welcome to Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant!

My family and I got to visit Brotzeit for the first time. It was an afternoon of feasting! The foodie bunch gathered together and brought our kids to enjoy the brand new kiddie meals in the house.

Brotzeit is something new to me and my family. When it comes to food and when I get lazy to cook, I already have the list of our second kitchens...but a German restaurant can not actually be found from my list. Just the typical mom thinking...oh it looks pricey from the outside. Oh no, what to eat in a German resto? Or what can my young lady eat there?  Things like that.

My perception totally changed that afternoon! From Chinese, Korean, American, Japanese, Italian and Filipino cuisines now comes an addition to our choices.

Brotzeit offers Bavarian Cuisine in a chic and totally contemporary setting. It offers world-famous German beers that are surprisingly interesting.

BROTZEIT'S SIGNATURE GARDEN SALAD
Here's a good starter! When you  feel like having something fresh and healthy, you'll never go wrong with this bowl of fresh mix. It's available in Small and Regular orders.

BAKE SPAETZLE @Php 350
If you are still trying to decide for the main course, this Cheese spaetzle with spinach and feta cheese is perfect to jumpstart your taste buds.

BROTZEIT'S ONION RINGS
JAEGER SCHNITZEL @Php 350
Finding a perfect simple meal on the table? This crispy deep-fried breaded pork cutlet covered with creamy mushroom sauce and pommes is served with bed of potato fries. This may look a lot familiar now.

ALL DAY BREAKFAST @Php 320

This is our pick for the day. Brotzeit's All Day Breakfast, it comes with Garlic sausage, sunny-side-up egg, bacon, mushrooms, roasted potatoes and Bavarian beans. I will never forget the tender, juicy and tasty sausage that is best paired with the spicy beans. It goes with the name, you can enjoy this meal any time of the day! But for me, this one is best for brunch!
BROTZEIT"S HUHNERWURST @Php 460
Try some spicy chicken sausages served with mashed potato. Best with iced-cold beer or ice tea for me please.
REISFLEISCH @Php 295
Here's a pan of stewed pork tenderloin with roasted vegetables rice. You'll love the flavorful rice! Can be a sort of Paella.
BRATHANDL @Php265

Take a look at this beautiful roast chicken quarter with reis pilav (chicken with rice) and green peas or pommes (fries). If you are not familiar with German cuisine, well, you are safe to order this one. Flavored with herbs and spices! You'll love it too!
CRISPY PORK BELLY SANDWICH @Php 265

My Hubby loved this one. They use sourdough bread for this sandwich with generous amount of crispy pork belly topped with green apple salad. It's a good idea for a sort of light yet satisfying meal for the day if you need to hurry back for work or something.

BROTZEIT BURGER @Php 265

Burger lovers must try this. It's a meat patty with bacon and caramelized onion on a brezn (pretzel) bun! My favorite! The bun may look cute and tiny, but once you take a bite, you'll realize that there's a reason why fork and knife was served with it.  Not the usual soft bun around. By the way, there's a spicy thing that I failed to recognize at that moment. Don't fret, it's a good new taste!

BROTZEIT PLATTER @Php 2,500

And if you are looking for a real Bavarian style feast?  A huge wooden platter with 3 best dishes in the house! "SCHWEINSHAXN" The traditional German favorite. Broiled pork knuckles (like Filipino Crispy Pata), chicken schnitzels and different kind of sausages (pork and chicken). Definitely good for sharing, but would actually depend on your appetite...Just looking at it makes me feel so full already.

THE BAVARIAN FEAST!

I learned from the Master Chef, that this pork knuckles has been marinated for days until deeply flavored. Again, it's not fried, it's broiled!
CHEF'S DESSERT @Php 190

Whatcha gonna do with the dessert? Dig in to a warm chocolate cake served with Stracciatella ice cream! This is a winner!
HEISSE SCHOKOLADE
For finale, after all the heavy stuff we tasted, Hubby and I decided to try the decadent hot chocolate.  We saw it from the other tables and got curious about it. A rich and creamy hot chocolate made from premium bittersweet chocolate topped with whipped cream. This is also good for sharing with your date...

Here's the fun part for the kids

As I remember the song of Phineas and Ferb....Summer belongs to you!  They meant for them, kids!  It's the time of the year where they can not only explore new activities but to also try some new food other than their usual "baon" to school.

KINDER MENU

Tall layers of pancakes topped with cream and sprinkles. Who can resist this one! Your kids will go gaga over this fluffy thingy!

My goodness! These corn dog not only gave a big smile to the kids but to adults as well! Bringing back memories...then goes the foodies memory lane! It's our all-time favorite.
Served with French fries and happy face ketchup!

Hey hey, they have chicken nuggets too!

My daughter's favorite, ICE CREAM! Taste the home-made strawberry and chocolate ice cream of Brotzeit and beat the summer heat!

The Megablocks and Kinder Joy treats made everything perfect for the blogger's kids who just met each other and played like they have known each other that long. The beauty of pure mind! The kids definitely had so much fun!

The good news here, Kinder Menu can  cover for you dear parents like me. Any kinder meal of your child's choice comes with french fries and iced-tea.

And during the event, you can see so much joy from their faces. After getting tired from playing, they enjoyed their kinder menu!
Class Picture of the cuties!
Before they part ways, a pause and pose there!
