Teleperformance offers new upskilling opportunities for its people, launches TP Analytics Academy

 TP Analytics Academy scholars have the full support of the TP senior leadership team led by Chief Operating Officer Mike Lytle.
 

Teleperformance in the Philippines, the global leader in digitally integrated business services, officially launched its latest people-development program called Teleperformance Analytics Academy last February 12, 2020 at the Makati Diamond Residences.

The Teleperformance Analytics Academy aims to grow the skills and expertise of TP employees on data science and analytics, and build a critical mass of Data Science and Business Analytics professionals in the company who will support a forward-looking data culture to address the challenges of the workplace of the future.

The pioneer batch of scholars are composed of 46 employees who passed the program’s application and screening process for the course tracks of Business Analytics and Data Science. At the launch event, University of the Philippines Associate Professor Dr. Rex Jalao, who is the lead instructor of the Academy, presented the course outlines and expounded on the learning journey that the scholars are about to undertake.

Teleperformance Philippines Chief Operating Officer Mike Lytle congratulated the scholars and articulated the entire leadership’s support. He underlined how the academy serves as key enabler that will help the company harness the power of digital technology and structured data coupled with deep human insight to deliver gains to the company and excellent experience to customers.

The Teleperformance Analytics Academy is a joint program of the Learning and Development (L&D) team and the Capability Development and Process Excellence team which are both committed to support the development goals and career growth of TP employees with dynamic programs that make use of the company’s strengths in technology, analytics, and process excellence.
