TP in the Philippines and Globe Telecom recently marked a historic milestone as they celebrated 15 years of strategic partnership. The event, themed “Celebrating a Crystal Partnership: 15 Years of Shared Success,” brought together executives, employees, and community partners for a day of service leadership, recognition, and renewed commitment.
The program began by reinforcing TP and Globe’s shared mission of creating positive social impact through a collaboration with the Kythe Foundation to support children facing chronic illnesses. This was followed by a leadership-led plenary session, where milestones from the past 15 years were highlighted, and the path ahead was charted.
Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines, emphasized the strength of the partnership: “Fifteen years of partnership is a testament to trust, collaboration, and the shared vision to deliver exceptional value. As we celebrate this achievement, we also look forward with resolve to innovate, transform, and scale greater heights with our people and partners.”
Chief People Officer of TP in the Philippines, Jeffrey Johnson, highlighted the importance of people and culture: “At the heart of this 15-year partnership with Globe are our people—their talent, resilience, and passion for delivering excellence. This celebration is more than a milestone; it is a recognition of the culture we have built together, one that champions growth, empowers individuals, and fosters lasting impact. As we look to the next decade, our commitment remains clear: to invest in our people and to create opportunities where they can thrive.”
The milestone event featured the Project ECHO Batch 2 graduation, recognizing deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who serve as Globe customer experience representatives. There were also specific recognition ceremonies, such as the Globe Persona Awards, recognizing individuals whose performance and traits best reflected Globe’s values; the Longevity Awards, which honor loyalty and commitment to employees who have served for significant milestones, embodying TP’s culture of appreciation; and the Outstanding Contribution Awards, presented to employees whose dedication and performance exceeded expectations.
Aileen Burgos, Globe Vice President for Customer Experience Management, added that “Fifteen years of partnership with TP is not just about business results, it’s about creating meaningful customer experiences and empowering communities. Together, we’ve built a collaboration anchored on trust, innovation, and shared purpose. As we look to the future, Globe remains committed to working with TP in pushing the boundaries of service excellence and delivering real impact for our customers and stakeholders.”
The celebration concluded with dinner, where leaders and employees reaffirmed their commitment to the next decade of innovation and shared achievement.
Giving Back with Purpose. The heart of the day was a demonstration of shared passion, purpose and advocacy. Together with the Kythe Foundation, TP and Globe volunteers participated in activities supporting children facing chronic illnesses. The session reinforced our shared belief that success is not only measured in numbers, but also in the impact we create in communities.
