A massive crowd of young music fans converged at Shangri-La Plaza on a Friday night to catch a stellar lineup of artists offering their unique blend of acoustic, jazz, chillout, and ambient music at The Ember Stage of Fête de la Musique, one of the most anticipated live music events in the Philippines.
Making the first-ever Fête stage at Shang nothing short of spectacular were multi-awarded DJ, producer, and entrepreneur HOEST who kicked off the evening and set the moody and chill vibe of the event; singer-songwriter and The Voice Kids alum Shanne Dandan who charmed the crowd with her heartfelt performance, showcasing her distinct musical identity that beautifully blends contemporary influences with the timeless charm of Manila sound; and Filipino-Nepalese singer-songwriter Jason Dhakal who delivered his signature smooth R&B sounds, especially with his rendition of Para sa Akin stirring nostalgic vibes among the crowd.

Joining them were R&B-dream pop artist jikamarie who had fans singing along to her viral hit Lutang, a testament to her undeniable stage presence; Pinoy city pop band ALYSON who made a striking entrance in their matching red uniform suits, delivering a set that’s truly relatable to the crowd; and beloved alternative pop group Any Name’s Okay who hyped up the fans with their upbeat music and catchy melodies.
The highly anticipated pop/alternative rock band Over October closed the festival, performing their crowd-favorite tunes to the loudest cheers of the night.
Presented by Shangri-La Plaza and the Alliance Française de Manille, co-presented by the Embassy of France to the Philippines, Funkybeat Entertainment, and Anam Kara, The Ember Stage served not only an electrifying roster of talents but also delivered a cozy and unforgettable concert experience as promised. Some lucky audience members even got the chance to shine on stage, showcasing their own talent and winning exciting prizes from event partner Linya-Linya.
